SMM
Can someone explain the "Brookfield Stick". I read about it on a blog but it wasn't fully explained. Thanks SMM
Jedd Johnson
I think it's like a broom stick with a thick string tied toward one end of it. From the stick hangs a small weight. The ebject is to hold the stick parallel tothe ground with your hand and use wrist strength and speed to twist the string up the stick. It was a grip tip on IronMind.com at one time I believe, or maybe appeared in one of his Grip Strength softcover books. -Jedd-

Teemu I
You mean this one?http://www.ironmind.com/ironcms/export/Iro.../griptip14.html No, thats entirely different exercise. You can find the description here, but I also recommend buying Brookfield's excellent DVD Blueprint for Grip Strength, where he shows that exercise and plenty of others too.
