Girls get in the way of training mate i found that out myself not so long ago! Try your best to focus on your training. It is hard, but if you are pissed off, sometimes you actually train better! There are plently of better girls out there for you mate. I hope the bicep tendons heal up quickly, and as David said above, lay off the chins for a while. I will be carefull with my bicep tendons for a while, this is the second or third time, I have them inflamed and I don't want it to get chronic. Easy DL session later in the day. Consider using straps while injured - this takes the strain off your biceps with deadlifts. That way your deadlift isn't limited by a DO grip.
