Embarrased the inkeeper of my favorite restaurand by armwrestling him.

Right don't tell me, I know very well how stupid that was.

But the pain I endured afterwards in my elbow and shoulder wasn't all-too bad.

So I guess my elbow problems can't be that bad. :)

You should be cleaning it by now. :D

Although I don't train it often, am lifting it easily now. But not cleaning it :D Hopefully I will train on it more and will clean it, two finger lift, two finger clean, then BLOB lift :D Thanks again for the awesome blob. By the way, it was harder to get that thing to Dubai than lifting it :tongue

You are very right, David.

I won't climb till November, and I decided to really up the volume and lower the load once I get back into chinning.

Trained the last days but no gripping, and nothing serious in general, too lazy to log.

Honk, sorry to hear about both the girl troubles lately and ther bicep tendons. Girls get in the way of training mate i found that out myself not so long ago! Try your best to focus on your training. It is hard, but if you are pissed off, sometimes you actually train better! There are plently of better girls out there for you mate. :) I hope the bicep tendons heal up quickly, and as David said above, lay off the chins for a while.

I will be carefull with my bicep tendons for a while, this is the second or third time, I have them inflamed and I don't want it to get chronic.

Easy DL session later in the day.

I pull DO so my biceps should be fine.

When you heal up add some light curls into your routine - should get some blood in there which helps.

Consider using straps while injured - this takes the strain off your biceps with deadlifts. That way your deadlift isn't limited by a DO grip.

Thanks for your advice Sam and David.

My plan so far:

-I won't go climbing till november.

-Once I get back into rows and chins, I'll see that I up the volume and lower the intensity, wider base so to speak.

-Ice to get rid of the symtoms

-Some very light high rep work for the bicep

-Maybe some light eccentic work for the bis too

Feel free to throw recommendations at me.
