honk
Nice deadlifts, I'm guessing itsHard Work Pays Off but I could be wrong about that Thanks Ginroth, but I actually think that consistency is more important than hard work. I never trained for more than 8 month or maybe one year without any major breaks. Just last year I had a 6 month lay-off, kinda explains the lack of results. Hard work is a necessity, but that doesn't mean that you should refrain from moderation. I had elbow tendinitis on both elbows last year, and kept training on NSAID's and painkillers, that seemed quite manly to me at the time, but now my elbows are prone to injury. 9/7/2008 2nd session of the day Dips bunch 1 Hand Pinch 2x15kg holds 4 times each hand, 1 to 3s lefty, 5 to 8s righty tries 3 each hand, lill hover lefty, short of full dl righty drags 2 3m drags each hand

moser1972
100% agree, bro! :rock "Letztes Wort Fetischist"

honk
Yeah right, you were more of a HD guy if I remember corretly. Hughe difference, my bad. 9/12/2008 Rope Climbing (6 to 7m) 3 trips, climbed down hands only on the 2nd and 3rd attempt. Decided to call it a day at that point and to work slowly into these. Back from my rock climbing trip. In short: It was very humbling. I feel very weak today and I've got lots to learn in terms of climbing technique. I prefer to keep things simple, so rope climbing will be my only upper body pulling movement for a while. Dips, grip and prehab to be done in the evening. honk
Today it was 69.9 before breakfast. I think it's floating around the 70kg mark. Yes, you are right, I lost 3kg to improve my climbing. Off day today, I'll take off days on saturday or sunday, just how it fit's with rope climbing every other day. honk
9/14/2008 Bouldering about 2 hours, felt strong, did pretty good Climbed with a guy who is a bit weaker than I am, but his technique is way better than mine. So he is flat out the better climber, and I learn a lot from him. a few hours later: Rope climbing just 2 trips, elbows aching up, so I called it a day. Climbed down with the assistance of my feet, cause my arms were spent from bouldering.

honk
9/16/2008 DAMN I blew my elbows up again. 3 trips of rope climbing were enough. And the strange thing is, I was able to climb down under control... ...10mins later my elbows felt like they were going to explode. Put them in a bucket of ice water took 1g aspirin and some diclo, now 6 hours later my elbows still feel a bit strange. I have an appointment with an orthopaedist next friday. the swiss
not nice this elbow thing. I would try pumping the area up with some very light high rep work good luck
honk
Thanks David. But I'm kinda scared now. So I won't do anything till I see a doc, which will be in 6 days. He works with a lot of professional athletes, so his advice should be worthy. I've had slight elbow problems for weeks, if not months, and it's just gotten acute now.
