3 hours of climbing and bouldering.

Went with a buddy of mine to a different rock gym, never went to climb there before, only to boulder.

All the routes were über-technical and I got my arse handed.

My buddy has way better techniquie than I, and I couldn't keep up with him.

After 2 hours of climbing, we went bouldering, my style of climbing. :)

All the techinque in the world didn't help my buddy, roof-climbing without body-tensinon is just not possible.

Wanted to go climbing in the early morning 10min before I arrived at the climbing spot, rain set in. DAMN

Funny: Cops pulled me over on my way to the rock.

"Have you been drinking?"

"Do you have a criminal record?" :blink [Wow, seems like I inspire confidence]

Now I have a bad cold, head ache and everything and can't train. :(

Great day.

Have a cut on my right hand, the crease between my middle finger and the palm is split open.

That puts tomorrow's climbing session at jeopardy.

As of now, just a very decent bouldering session.

Arms and shoulders are sore but I was able to work on a problem that is really hard for me.

It has a small ledge, nasty slopers and even a two hand sloper in the horizontal roof section.

It's not rated but it could be fb 6b, I guess.

Hopefully I'll send it on Tuesday.

Looks like I'll be back on monday.

I'll go climbing (outdoor on propper rock) on Saturday or Sunday, and if my elbows don't ache up, training will continune on monday.

Today I'm bringing the most of my plates and a barbell to a friends celler.

Deadlifting on 6th floor isn't that neigbour friendly.

Looking forward to be able to drop deads again. :)

I'll make it once a week to my friends house to deadlift.

And I'll up the volume on chins and pressing.

Looks good.. Do you plan on a deload after the 6 weeks? Or right back into another cycle?

Dunno yet, If I'll feel strong and fresh, I'll head right into the next cycle if not, not.

I think deloading is more important once you have reached a high level of performance.

I Did mostly triples.

Dumbbells are nice and dandy for pressing but harder on the elbows.

Sadly enough I only have one pair of those.

Bouldering and grip will be done in the evening.

I'll attempt a 40kg chin tomorrow. No point in maxing out the press, I'm not close to my best.
