Somewhat more narrow and then mount. But I don’t want to make any of the MM grippers by going narrow. I want to achieve the final strengths with the other specs and normal mount. -

The IronMind Block dimensions are 6" x 3" x 6", so about 76.2mm wide. And that's what I've typically seen listed in competitions, such as this year's King Kong Challenge. Hope that helps... -

Yes, happy Friday. Tomorrow, I gotta go repair a gate and work under somebody’s house in the basement. And Sunday’s Mother’s Day. Pretty wiped out from this weeks work. I think next weeks workouts are going to be a little bit lighter. Just enough to get the blood flowing. Time to change things up a little bit. -
