Standing cable cross overs supersetted with standing cable bicep curls total two sets each

Decline dumbbell press supersetted with decline bench press four sets each

Yesterday

Home workout
eliptical 3to4 min then soup can dumbell one arm bent lat pulls 70 lbs , 6 reps each side. I think I repeated this 4 times.

hey also my sons team won the 1st round or the playoffs. Hes doing so well this season as usual. Starting freshman full back on the varsity squad. First one ever. 5'9" 207 lbs, hes a real bad ass!

also my 11 year olds team went undefeated with only 12
points scored on them all season!

very proud of both of these boys

Busy schedule
Been taking too much time off due to work , football, and family.
The boys did good this year my 5th graders team was undefeated even with two rematches , Parris my 207lb 9th grader playing starting varsity fullback went to the second round of the playoffs and ended up losing by 4 points. But the boys have a great season I'm really proud of them. My name is great it was in the newspaper every Saturday and on television every Friday night and all through the week during the whole football it is really cool to see him on TV playing football.
Anyway :

Square block trainer, something I used to use for blob training before I had a blob, did some holds for time and lifts

Picked up an IM hub from Josh O'Dell , never tried one before so I'm curious what I can do I don't even know any technique so I'm going to have to watch some videos does anyone have any suggestions along with links?

heading to work now for 12 hour night shift maybe I'll go to the gym in the morning

yea really it's non stop running around, CA actually has laws to protect me a little from overdoin it, but it hasent caught on here yet.

Blob lifts and clean / presses at home, my buddy that got me into grip sport stopped by tonight so I was showing him some of the new stuff I had gotten since he was last over.

Then I went to Planet fittness tonight.

today I officially feel old I went to the gym with my 15 year old son and I wasn't able to keep up with him doing bench press, we were doing the same weight and reps I feel like I've done good with him and I'm very proud.

heading back to work for another 12 overnight

Day before yesterday: cardio and squats up to 545 on the smith at planet fitness....then I got really sick :(

TODAY: Recovering from a debilitating cold, but feelin somewhat better. Hit the gym this morning, felt like crap. Later I did the pinch workout in 15 min or less. Speed pinch! Time to bring the 2hp back up to something respectable!

warm ups to 175

Last weeks max was 215 after a long long time away
1. 175 x4 in 30sec
2. 185 x4 in 30sec
3. 200 x2.5 in 30sec
4. 205 x3 in 30sec
5. 190 x5 in 30sec
6. 185 x6 In 30sec this should have been 45sec

This wasent bad some decent volume here, most ive done in a long time.
