Doing axle, dips, front squats, chins and ab roll outs. Tonight was the first time I've squatted in 10 months due to knee issues. Stayed light and to a high box. Any additional grip implements will be supplementary and based on how the hands feel. On the axle though, I have been progressively widening my grip each set and session. Axle 255 x 2 x5 Dips 25 x 2 x5 Squat 205 x 2 x 5 Chins on 3 " Handles 10 total reps. today I got 6 reps first set which is the best I've done.
