The bar weighs only 15 to 20lbs, depending which gym I'm at. So these numbers are somewhat light unless I say exact weight, or I'm in the low 500's. It's easier for me posting the weights without subtracting the lighter bar. I just dont have the time for it. Ive written this before when I started the log at the benders battlefield, but not sure if I had here. This never happens at such a low weight. I just worked 4 12s and washing my hands a lot, maybe they were dried out. Any way I'm pissed now. Maybe ill make a couple up and put them up for trade here on the board. iron mind hub up to 65lbs full lift each hand is this any good? Hard as hell, maybe my hands are too big.
