madknight
Some good info. I'll be using those tips in my benching. I realized I was doing a couple things wrong so thanks!

Bob Lipinski
Ed never got credit for being a great bencher because he came in on the beginning end of the super shirts. With the IPF suspension, he was competing against 242's hitting 700's. Also, his other lifts were huge world records, while his bench was only "almost a world record". Also, if it weren't for his pec injury early in his career he might have been a super bencher anyway. He was hitting close to 500 raw at 181 if I remember right. knyaz
good vid, what I got out of it is light chest day and heavy chest day, mixing it up with diff widths, also lots of Rows Triceps.... and chains bands work thanks!
tselegala
good vid, what I got out of it is light chest day and heavy chest day, mixing it up with diff widths, also lots of Rows Triceps.... and chains bands work thanks! Yeah but ''light'' is as hard as a heavy day because of the required explosiveness during the light day...i've been doing that for about 4 weeks now and my bench just skyrocketed... also, the superwide grip bench really hits different muscles and can be quite hard... here's a sample of the westside barbell workout if youre interested: look at the printable versions of Big Mike's Westside Template here : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw9.htm
tusrb41
Really good stuff. I have been using chains now for about 3 months and it is really making a difference on the last half of the press. You can see my set up in my gallery.... Thanks for the video.
