Figured I'd better start one of these up again. Last one went to pot after some things came up.

Grip (this was actually from yesterday):

BBE Attempts, all missed by 1mm or less :angry:, + some BFNs

#3, 2 sets of reps to failure, both hands, + ~10 BFNs

#3, 2 or 3 5-10sec overcrushes, both hands

Finished grippers up with some paused-set speed reps on the remounted 250 (~2.3),

just focusing on slamming the positive.

After that did something with the TTK...don't remember what it was, though.

I remounted and filed my hard 300 (it's a brick now), so I'm hoping a week or two of BTR-BFNs

with this will finish up that last mm on the BBE.

And this is from today:

Monday

Barbell Curls:

134lb x 3 sets of 5

Full Hammer Curls on triceps-bar (drop-sets):

Set 1 - 92lb, 86lb, 80lb x 8

Set 2 - 92lb, 86lb, 80lb x 8

Strict Barbell 21s (as burners)

1 set of 73lb

Bench Press:

Set 1 - 221 x 3, 221 x 2, 227 x 1

Set 2 - 227 x 3, 233 x 2, 239 x 1

Set 3 - 239 x 3, 239 x 2, 259 x 1

259 felt good enough to rep but, you know...that no-spotter thing :D

Incline DB Press:

70lb x 4 sets x 10

Strict skull crushers (Ez-bar):

98lb x 3 x 8

Rope pull-downs, drop-sets:

2 sets of 66, 60, 50 x 6

T-bar rows:

223lb x 3 x 8

Barbell Rows

230lb x 4 x 8

Dumbbell pull-overs:

20lb x 2 x 20

Grip

Didn't do a full pinch workout today (waiting til tomorrow), but I messed around a little bit:

5-10s, both hands

5-10s + 14 (w/ pipe), both hands

5-10s + 23, Got it up lefty and almost righty

Wednesday, 3/18/09

Deadlift day. Back feels just a bit trashed from yesterday.

Deadlifts:

410lb x 1

404lb x 1

344lb x 2

Power sets:

280 x 6 x 3

Shrugs:

324 x 3 x 8

Did some hamstring stuff after that.

Grip

83lb pinch setup passed between hands very quickly, 3 sets of 20, 16, and 10 total reps

TTK: 20lb inverted holds, 2 sets, then a bunch of sets right-side-up with 10lb.

Finished up with 5-10s, both hands, no pipe.

Yeah, I've really been pretty lazy with bending lately. I just can't finish off that stupid 5 x 5/16 G2...

Guess I'd better get to work :D I'll start it up again after my MM2.

5x5/16"? calm down big boy! whats in the head of the bolt? its a big jump from the 4" 60 nails!!

why dont u try the 6" g8 first? they are not expensive!

You won't have any trouble with the MM2, it's not a big jump from the MM1.

Close-grip bench-press w/ EZ-bar:

162lb x 3 x 10

Standing French press:

102lb x 10

102lb x 2 x 8

Rope pull-down burners:

45lb x 2 x 25

Did some other accessory work (you know...abs, calves...all that unimportant crap :D)

Oh, and it seems I've got Thursday down as the 18th. Oops. It was of coarse the 19th.

I don't know...it's got 6 marks on the top of it, though...

Naw, just kidding :D Really, I cut the head off, and I don't remember what brand it is. I'm thinking HKT, maybe?

HKT should be insane ... "BL" and "triangule" were the easier 5/16" i ever tried.

BJC and 307 sby were hard in my book.

i believe g8's would be perfect for u Frank!

why dont u give it a try??

144lb x set of 6 (misloaded the bar...thought it felt kinda heavy :D)

134lb x 2 sets of 6

Drop-sets w/ full hammer curls on triceps bar:

2 sets of 98lb, 92, 86 x 8

Barbell 21s as burners:

1 set of 76lb

Bench-press :

Set 1 - 227 x 3, 227 x 2, 233 x 1

Set 2 - 233 x 3, 236 x 2, 242 x 1

Set 3 - 242 x 3, 245 x 2, 265 x 1

These flew up...funny, felt kinda weak when I started, and ended with what should've been

my hardest set feeling easy.

Incline DB press:

80lb x 2 x 10

Did some leg curls after that. Was planning on doing some grip work today, but I'm still feeling that

pinch workout from last week, so I'm waiting till tomorrow. Probably start doing some BFNs on my newly

remounted/filed hard 300.

Never mind, I did grippers tonight anyways.

Filed 300 (feels high-160ish):

4 x 3 x Reps/BFNs, both hands

A few overcrushes (some forced)

Finished up with the #3:

4 sets of 3 reps, both hands

Finished it off with a few singles + overcrushes
