Guest MarcDawn
First I wanted to congratulate those who did the 45lb plate curl. It's awesome ! I have a question concerning a similar feat: Does anyone think it's possible to do a 45lb reverse plate curl ? I mean with the palm facing down ? I'm not sure if that's overdoing it, just wanted to know what's your perspective on this because you are more experienced in this feat... David Horne
It may be possible. But it will stress the thumb a lot more. I'll have a go and tell you. David
Gorilla Hands
I think my thumb would break off or injure in a loud yelling fashion.
Guest Aptdwler
I really don't think it would be possible. Your thumb would have to be stronger than all four fingers. A lot stronger. It would have to resist the tendency of the plate to tip to one side.
