Get A Grip Workout, Even While Painting

Next time your wife, mother, or whoever asks for your help painting, fret not! Now you can train your grip while waiting for the first coat of paint to dry.

This is an idea I thought of while cleaning the garage a few days ago. It does seem crude at first site, but believe me it works. And for about 3 buck, you can't go wrong. Now get that first coat of paint on..... ;)

Training On A Budget -- You are absolutely right my friend in the fact you don't need the newest chrome or stainless steel wiz-bang device to build some funtional stength.

Man, you're a real innovative guy.

Thanks for the tip.

Please post the thumb pad builder video.

I would settle for a explanation without a video

if your too busy to post the video. I understand.

Thanks again and keep those great ideas coming.

Maybe Ironmind should think about this one...I can see it now: "Pundits of Paint", or maybe "Lieutenants of Latex" ;)
