Mlstrass
Couple of products on the market got me to thinking and I came up with this. Used an old knurled DB handle and some scrap steel I had laying around the garage. Have used it 4-5 times now and really like it so far. Just rounded off the edges of the handles and figured I'd take a few pics of it before I throw on a fresh coat of paint. Tried to post the pics in the thread but it wouldn't work, and I can't get them to add to my gallery. They're hosted on ImageShack and I've used it a ton of times, so not sure what the issue is???? Mlstrass
WOW! That is cool!! Good job! Thanks. Seems to be VERY effective and easy to make small poundage increases.
neno
Nice trainer, how thick are the handles? And what is the spread between the hanles?

Mlstrass
Handles are around 1 1/16" as they're cut down DB handles I had. Spread is around 2 1/2" I believe. Fits perfect in my hand, so that's what I went with... Beautiful!
