ox3782 Posted November 3, 2007 Share Posted November 3, 2007 I have been trying to improve my overall wrist strength by practicing all bending styles and using a powerball. The reverse is starting to improve I have tried a G8 before and got it to 22 degrees last friday so I tried the 5" G5 tonight and it went down so I tried a new straight 6" G8 again and took it down in one fast hit I really charged up for it and let it have it.Fun and rewarding session!!! But I am now forced to write a new bending rule: To proclaim a bend which causes Eric's eyeballs to pop out as "fun" is strictly forbidden and punishable by forfeiture of one's leather bending wraps and their replacement with Iron Mind pads for the remainder of the offending bender's career.
