mobsterone
Dickey Oscarsson of Sweden have pinched a pair of 25 kg (55 Lbs) plates. Hats of! Metal or rubber covered? Adhesion from a pair of rubber covered would make it easier.

CoC#3
I would really like to see a pic/vid of this! I use the 25kg plates for negs and they pretty much drop instantly! This is an exceptional feat of strength.

This is an exceptional feat of strength. I saw him, in my gym in Löddeköpinge, pinch two 20 kgs old Eleikoplates + 5 kg very easy without any magnesium. He has very big and powerful hands. He have done farmerwalk with the old big Eleiko 50 kg rubberplate They are very wide.

He has very big and powerful hands. He have done farmerwalk with the old big Eleiko 50 kg rubberplate They are very wide. That is very impressive. He also tried two Casall 25 kg plates. The are unfortunatly of poor quality so they were impossible to lift because they didn't fit together. It's hard to find some old 25 kg Eleikoplates today. I'll will try to get some. Florian Kellersmann
Dickey Oscarsson of Sweden have pinched a pair of 25 kg (55 Lbs) plates. Hats of! You are talking much about Dickey's feats. I heard also from an Inch DB hammercurl. Thinking about rule 4 it' time to proof, IMO.

I heard also from an Inch DB hammercurl. Thinking about rule 4 it' time to proof, IMO. I saw him lifting my Inch Dumbbell with his hand in pinchposition and did an half hammercurl (his forearm in horisontal position). Sorry but it's true! ive seen a few videos of dickey oscarsson the dude has BIG HANDS and a very strong pinch !!!! this jorgen holm guy also pinched 2 25kg in his gallery (but he held them a bit against his leg i think). i think he can do it.but any pics and/or vids will be nice yes.. whats dickeys handsize, anyone knows??? 1stCoC
I personally think 3-45s is out of the humam realm. 3 -35s s is huge . The only film I saw of it done a bar was used to secure the plates together thus changing the merit of the feat quite a bit. I do think Mark Henry or Wade Gillingham are capable of the 3-35 with no bar in center. In my gym (and I think in Gripboard archives) is a photo of my son and I in the early 90's with him pinching 2-35s and me pinching a pair of York (newer style) 45s with thumb and 2 fingers....I think that was one of my best pinch feats. As a general question who out there can do 3-45s with no bar in the center cleanly with 2 hands?????I would suspect very few. RS
Bearcat 74
I'm pretty sure Wade has since done 3 35's without the bar in the middle. The bar in teh middle would make it easier, but it is still mind boggling to me. I saw Scott Clayton pull 3-45's 2 handed no bar. He also could pinch narrow and 2" wide 45's with thumb and 2 fingers, one hand with a bar in the middle pinched 132lbs. He was rather strong...... I don't think 3-45's is possible with 1 hand, I hope someone proves me wrong though.

RS I have done 3x20kg with no bar and two hands, but it wasn't easy. I'm sure the guys that can pinch 3x25 with one hand can do 3x45 with two hands. gripuru
I have read in a topic in the gripboard that Wade has done 3 35´s without the bar in the middle several times, i think 3 45´s with one hand is impossible!
