Zevich Posted July 28, 2004 Share Posted July 28, 2004 I have been stuck for a while with the IM Hub while doing time lifts. I couldn't get off of a plateau for a couple of weeks. Now after several weeks using the powerball my hub lift has gone up and then up some more. Although using the pd is not exactly pinch gripping it seems to affect my pinch grip.
