i'm currently training to lift the inver and other stones. my training involves weights, sandbags, kegs & stones. my question is what do you guys think is the single most important grip excercise to help achieve this goal? i currently work on the rolling thunder and coc #2

How heavy is the Inver Stone? I heard that only three men have lifted it overhead. This may not be your short-term goal but may be worth trying if you get it high enough on your chest. The best grip exercise for lifting natural stones is smearing. I will leave the description to those who have done it.

The book, "Of Stones And Strength" by Steve Jeck and Peter Martin should be extremely helpful, as well as a good read.  Get a copy from IronMind.  :)
