So here’s my last week of peaking and things went better than expected after 2 months of volume work! Improvements were going from not closing the #3.5 to wide setting it and almost CCS it the same month.. just 1mm off🥲  So I basically did more improvements than expected! What’s next:   Do 2 months of volume work and bring up my hard #3 (165 rgc) to atleast 5 reps and then I’ll most likely murder the #3.5 CCS😈 Here you go, enjoy:
