Ole' Puller Posted December 21, 2021 Share Posted December 21, 2021 DO bending/ Kink training: • 2 filed headless edgins (6.75") • Russian calibrated Noble Force 155kg bar "Today's bending session was scheduled for yesterday but by the time I got home I was a bit drained and not able to train correctly so I pushed it to today. This week is a bending week with an emphasis towards bending in phases, so I picked 3 tough bars and worked the kink. Thanks dude! I appreciate that my friend. Sorry for not responding sooner .. I don't know why I don't always get notifications. Sometimes I do but anyways it's satisfying to get in some quality kink training on these modified edgins. Damn their tough! Even though they're filed they're still stiff as hell!
