Ole' Puller
Braced Bending/ The "Krahling pull through": • 0.5 x 17 A36 HRS round "Today I decided to give the Krahling pull through a try. Other than @Tom Flesher, I don't see it used often but by the looks of it I felt it could be a help to me braced bending wise. Today's bar length was at 17 inches and while the initial kink was done over the knee I did get some movement using the pull through method and I'm definitely going to continue practicing this technique with a slightly shorter length. Next time I will attempt the initial kink using the pull through method first, either way I enjoyed it and I think it definitely will help me keep the bar moving during tougher braced bends."
