Guest Russell Latterman Posted April 2, 2001 Share Posted April 2, 2001 I heard about this plateau buster but I don't know what it is. Maybe it could help me improve to multiple reps with the #2. I can close it once with perfect warmups, but it is so small of a close that I can't even feel the handles touch. I have had witnesses 4 different times that told me it was closed so I know I can close it. I first closed it a month ago and would like to be able to do 2-3 reps a month from now.
