Adam Juncker Posted August 22, 2019 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Wowzer that is strong. I have not attempted anything over 100 on mine since the wrist roller challenge @JHenze646 put on last year. I have found the negative portion of the wrist roller to be really helpful for elbow health.
