Thanks guys! My long term goal with this is 200. Though I'd like to figure out a locking mechanism to avoid the negative.

Wowzer that is strong.  I have not attempted anything over 100 on mine since the wrist roller challenge @JHenze646 put on last year.

I have found the negative portion of the wrist roller to be really helpful for elbow health.  It's kind of the the same idea as the therabar elbow rehab thing (maybe).
