Summer of Rows 2019 (Post your rows here)

Power Rows with the NN this morning. Nothing blows up my whole back or helps my deadlift as much as these sloppy ass rows.  Killer grip workout too.  150kg x 15.  1.23 X BW

This A.M. went fairly large- 211 lb. x 6 reps

Very nice, haven't seen lots of those without cheating the end range with the chest. Strong!

Hopefully

205x3.

I hit my thigh with the back of the db each rep which pissed me off a little. I'll correct the technique next session, my first time pulling this kind of weight.

Today I did 100lb plate rim rows x 8. NO use of thumbs. Gently sloped, 3/4" rim depth. 102. 6lb right plate and 100.5 left plate- had not done since X-mas time so felt great.

Well done! I'll have to try those with the slick caps.  Maybe 1 rep.  Lol

Thanks CEO, the Cap 101lb are slippery as fu%$. Baked enamel finish makes for challenging lifts. Just make sure to do cardio or some other grip stuff first.

Thats right. If you were new you’d think that grip consisted of big hands, inch, blobs and grippers.  Just aint true. But then again been around for 5 years and that’s all I see, with sprinkles of wrench, hub, and pinch.

Thanks CEO! Thats why I call you CEO of Rows, Inc. as your rows, especially 2 hand rowing game is absurdly strong and you dont have big hands. I tried but was happy that my lower back felt great afterwards so that is a plus. Hopefully, by end of summer I will around 212-215 BWT as I have been able to do sprints for first time in 2 years- current BWT this A.M. 224
