db2000 Posted June 27, 2018 Share Posted June 27, 2018 (edited) Hello, I am at a bit of a loss to how I should program the hub and blockbuster pinch. Do you follow a training program or method? I had some success with the hepburn method (8×2 adding a rep a session until you are at 8x3 then increase weight) but I feel like my progression has halted and need to find something else Can anyone suggest a program for the hub and pinch block? Just in case you ask my current PBs are: 56lb hub 62lb block buster pinch Thanks in advance!
