Jedd Johnson
I'll be documenting modifications to the medley here: Inch Pinch - the implement will be in an S hook. The pin will start with 50# loaded. If you'd like to lower the weight, pull the I.P. and S hook off and remove the weight you want. Add/remove plates prior to your turn as needed during your prep time or during your trial. 50 = 5, 40=4, etc. Rolling Handles - There will be one loading pin starting with a 2.5" Crusher, starting with 185. Add/remove plates before your turn as youAdd/remove plates prior to your turn as needed during your prep time or during your trial. 185 = 5, 160= 4, 135 = 3, 90 = 2

Jedd Johnson
Tomorrow, Eric Roussin and I will be doing a special episode of This Week in Grip, where we will be discussing what's to come at the NAGS Championship. What predictions do you have regarding the contest? Who do you think will win the Team Title? Post here and we will discuss your thoughts! @Anyonecanhappen - $5 for spectators, unless you volunteer to assist with the comp, by helping load and change weights, score, etc.
