1. Must lift to full deadlift position.
2. Only chalk allowed.
3. Must be metal plates. Must lift smooth-sides-out. No rubber plates.
4. Standard Olympic plates only - no rounded edge plates can be used.
5. The lift must be performed directly from the floor.
6. Lift must be followed to the floor.

I failed it because the plates were not shown with the numbers on them. I have no doubt that this is a legitimate lift but in the past this has been an issue. I saw the 20 I just did not see the 25

Makes sense. I passed it. Would like to fail it because of the same reasons. I too have no doubt this is legit. He is very strong. But just to makes things clear. My word is not bond.
