PR for me on reps at this weight- max is over 220 right now with goal of 230 EOY

Mediocre? 175 on the crusher is good for an inch lift!

I was trying to say 2.5 not great vs. my 2”

I’d say 175 is very good man... you can probably lift the inch. I was able to lift it once I hit the 170s on crusher 2.5

I would like to try the inch replica-no doubt. Iam over 100lbs on Wrist Wrench, over 200lb on 1 arm IM Axle DL and 175 on 2.5" crusher so I feel confident it would go upward:)

Over 100 on wrist wrench is an almost definite

this was 10 months ago( Iam much, much stronger now) on Jareds 137lbs baby inch with thumbless and regular lifts

Easy money brother. Jedd has one similar..... you can definitely do the inch now. I will send you a clip of the first time ever touching a thick bell at Jedds a year ago. Quite comical
