Feeling better mentally and physically. This was done after FG Dl(very close to 320 Max), grippers, pinch, ,my favorite 2 hands shallow hub key pinch,barbell rows and lat pulldowns. Grip is good!! Thanks, Ryan, Jared, Pat and Jedd

This was my 320LB FG DL double overhand fail- not bad for 7 1/8" hands
