Mikael Siversson
Great lifting. It is a pity though the organizers did not use spin collars to secure the plates in the axle lift. Using flimsy collars does make the lift slightly easier as the plates will rotate slightly relative to the bar when the pull begins (i.e. the bar does not quite have the same tendency to roll out of your hand). I dont think this makes a difference.
Mikael Siversson
Cool, it does for me though which is why I always use tightly fasten spin collars these days so I am not caught off guard in competition.
