64.5 Hub Attempt lift

2.Lift must be locked out with back erect.

3. Lift must be followed down

4. for loadable devices and plates 5 pound jumps plate weight only.

Well the back wasn't erect on lockout, but I think he showed mastery of the weight nonetheless. A pass for me.

Thanks for all the kudos!  Yeah, I high pulled rather than trying to fully lock my back out, cuz I didn't want to knock plates on my foot.  Next time I will load the plates better on the 45.

James fuller uses a u bolt and face plates to mount the smaller plates on the bottom of the hubbed plate. F'n genius.
