Danny Young
I've only been unbrace bending for 8 weeks. I destroyed 2 red nails that day and attempted a 3rd cut down to 6 1/2" long got it to about 10 degrees. VID_20160830_160421.mp4

wobbler
This is the archive section, you would get more responses if you post in the general bending section. What style bend? Overhand, underhand, reverse?

Danny Young
I started wrist leveraging with my olympic dumbbell since the fall of 2015 up until the day of June 24th 2016 which was the day I order my first batch of ironmind nails which were the green ones. Now I have been grip training in general since 2009 I did do brace bending for a couple of months in 2010 but I was terrible at it so after that I just gave up. Danny Young
Here is my 6x1/4 F911 bolt unbace bend double overhand
wobbler
Cool. What kind of wraps? That makes a big difference. If single ironmind pads, that is really impressive to pick it up that quickly. For overhand usually a complete bend is ends less than 2" apart. Reverse or underhand, past 140*.
Danny Young
I keep it at 30 and 90 degrees. In double wraps I got it to 5 degrees but that was way too pain so I always triple wrap my bends. 2 pairs of leather suede from david horne's website 1 pair of ironmind wraps.
