Could you tell us a little about your background in lifting?

Just started lifting this year and loving it. I have been climbing for a few years and have been doing grip for a year. Now I mix them all together.

Thank you Juha. It has been 15 months since I saw my first gripper. I took time off grippers to go after the Red nail cert. Once I could bend it I decided to go back to regular grip training, so been doing mostly grip since May this year.

I still love that pic for the crazy forearm display. Great job again on the MM2. You may want to stick the MM certs in a shadow box. I think it is worth it. Especially as you move up. Gets to be more and more awesome of an achievement

Haha, every now and then a coworker or friends asks "Holy crap what's wrong with your arm? Is that your bone?"

I'd like to do a display one of these days, maybe later down the road after the holidays. It sure is a sweet looking display what you two have made.
