Stoic,

I just recently, 11 days ago had CTS surgery on my left hand. I still have stitches in my hand. I think I will have full recovery. My doctor said it was unusual for someone my age (25) to have severe CTS. Upon surgery he discovered what he said was a genetic abnormality? he said my muscle from my forearm ran all the way into my hand. He was saying I have an unusually long muscle belly in my lower arm, and he said my tendons were really large. I think grip training has to do with the thickness of the tendons in my hands and wrist.
