Cost The event is $15 to participate, or if you have paid in full to the promoter at the locale of Leg 1. Events Events will be Vulcan with 30mm block set, 4 attempts. Two hand pinch deadlift, 4 attempts. stub lift, 4 attempts. Half penny pinch lift, 4 attempts. Address: Durniat Strength 1578 Mechanicsburg Rd. Wooster, OH 44691 Extras: I will be going over Kettlebell Sport lifts following the competition to any and all that are interested. No cost to stay and learn. You guys really should stick around to pick up the KB class as well, you are not going to find anyone better suited to teach you how to throw those bells around in Ohio.
