Shoggoth
A few more grippers from the GSS. All extended handle Beef Builders. GM=201.2 P=271.3 WC=261.2 (weak for a World Class) Is that GM supposed to be a GE?

macaz
Got a bunch of grippers from a member to cal. Note the King Kong is low as I expected because It has a very narrow spread at 2.2” Manus Monkey=45.0 Chimp=65.4 Orangutan=90.9 Gorilla=111.8 King Kong=135.2 GHP 3=87.2 4=95.0 5=113.7 6=134.5 7=153.2 8=174.5 9=217.0 Ghps fall in line close with all the others I have called. KRC
I just got my 7 rated at 151. I know the sample size is still very small but so far they have been incredibly consistent.
macaz
I did a batch of some sweaaat easy COCs I wish I owned this 2.5 and 3. 0.5=69.5 my first of this type calibrted 1=86.0 1.5=87.9 2=102.6 2.5=121.0 3=145.7 3.5=174.
macaz
ghp6=134.2 hg300=142.5 E=164.8 #3=154.0 GM=140.7(extended handle) SE=183.9&184.4 (Extended handle) Did this one twice because it was a lot lower than I expected. The GHPs are remarkably consistent with exception to my easy 8 and rough 9. 1=47.5,,,48.5 2=62.9,,,63.7 3=87.2,,,88.7,,,86.3 4=95.0,,,92.8,,,92.4,,,91.3 5=113.7,,,112.3,,,114.5,,,110.1 6=134.5,,,135.0,,,133.5,,,136.6,,,134.2 7=153.2,,,149.1,,,151.1,,,150.0 8=174.5,,,169.4,,,,176.0,,,176.2 9=217.0,,,226..3,,,218.8 10=268.9 I really need to learn how to use excel. This list comparison I do is kind of cumbersome. I could also do averages automatically. I would like to put these up on the RGC on the gripper superstore but I don’t know if it will still be around when the store completely closes. Any one want some grippers called just PM me. I enjoy this for some reason. I like to cal grippers in-between sets of my gripper work outs.

macaz
Why would a weight accumulation funtion be usefull? Don't you just want the end weight tclose the gripper handle?

Geralt
This looks cool! Nice one! Btw, curious for the results in measuring that gold spring! Only found one calibration on Kilkkinen's site. Wonder how yours will come out.

Cannon
Acorn has been experimenting with that same idea, I think. It's a promising setup.

Yes, it's this link: http://p2.foorumi.info/rautakoura/viewtopic.php?p=17#17 So there definitely is difference between the springs. Not that I didn't expect that but it's always nice to see and compare. Ok. back to the thread. Sorry!
macaz
Nice setup! I bet if you re-calibrate that spring you will find the tension went down about three levels, unless you already broke it in at level 24. Give it a try.
