HandsofStone
Has anyone had a chance to use the gripper in the topic title of this post? If so, what are your thoughts about it for training purposes to close Ironmind's CoC #3?
Vice
I think it's a great tool for working towards the #3. I can't believe I had to train without one for so long... it would be scary what I could do if I had this from when I started.
neilkaz
The RB Adjustable Gripper looks like a great tool. However, the apparent lack of knurling concerns me greatly as where I usually train grippers, chalk is not an option. Also, what iterations are possible in changes in closing poundage ? Thx .. neilkaz ..

Thx .. neilkaz .. I find the knurling pretty good even without chalk. Not as sharp as BB grippers, but on par with COC and RB's.
