Grip Training adds very little to your forearm mass, and if it is as well encapsulated as you indicate, even a doubling of grip muscle mass would not be noticeable. At the same time, the increased grip strength might be beneficial to your health, if we are to believe some medical studies that were posted here during early summer. Besides: This is the GripBoard. To get the sweep of proportional distance that you have, I need only to measure my forearm three inches about my wrist. (And my forearms would hardly cause a lineup of fitness women to lose concentration.) Perhaps you should not worry about getting your forearms too large, but about getting them large enough to be proportionate to your wrist size.
