Young buck needs to seriously get young buck's butt back into gear. Seriously. What benefit do you guys see from doing a massive amount of singles in a day? bencrush Posted June 6, 2010 Share Posted June 6, 2010 Working a late shift tonight and just finished doing 60 minutes with my 146lb #3. Got 137 singles in 60 minutes. Was just shooting for 2 singles per minute but I added a bit more at the end. Will try to edge toward 180 singles in 60 minutes sometime this year. My right hand is raw and my left (setting) finger and thumb are pretty ragged too right now. My right hand is actually semi-curled into a fist since I finished the last close.
