I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum.  I've been reading for a while now and thought I'd join in.  I've been lifting for over 40 years now (I'm 52) and climbing for 16.  I've only recently started "grip" training other than for climbing purposes.  Reading about some of the feats of strength some of you can do makes me want to train harder and maybe a little smarter too.  About the only things I've done that I feel good about is to close the #1 and #2 right out of the box.  I've also done 190# on my Rolling Thunder.  My number 3 seems to be defective - the thing just won't close.  Just kidding, I've way overtrained on the COC's and set myself back a good bit with some small hand injuries.  I've read some interesting ideas on this forum I want to try - am taking some time off on the grippers and trying some more fat bar work for a while.
