order confirmed. sending a 2.5 and a 1.5. I would have also sent my #2 in but i filed it and would rather not confuse myself. so now i just send it tomorrow to the address and cannon powerworks sends it back? about how long do you guys think i will be without these grippers if i send out first thing tomorrow morning? i live in SC. also made an account with cannon and look forward to buying more stuff and sending more stuff.

dealing with Cannon ratings customer service email people was VERY exceptional. nowadays its hard to find good customer service (usually someone in india or alike and impossible to get along with and resolve questions/problems), Im glad o made the right choice. I sent the grippers in the day after i made the initial post asking "where" to send grippers and UPS store said it would arrive there by friday and the grippers are already rated and on their way back to me with tracking numbers and everything. Great service, great company, great people. i look forward to seeing the results and will post that once they get here.

wow, you are the best man. thank you. the anticipation was killing me. i had no idea about the 1.5 because its the only 1.5 i have ever layed my hands on but thought the 2.5 was at least 130. very happy to know these ratings and im very confident that i will crush that 2.5 within a week of it getting here i hope. I have been training with a grinded 2. and its been helping but i think i grinded it a little funky. i will be sending/ordering grinded grippers from you very shortly. thanks for your services. like i said you are the best and i very much appreciate it.

And for some reason I swear my old used up number 1 is harder to rep then my 87# rated brand new 1.5. I'm curious to see what that things rates at cause It just baffles me. I think it might actually be stronger then the 1.5. I might send it just for out of curiosity. Maybe it's rust or something. I left it at a buddy's house (trying to get people to grip train with me) for about 2 weeks and when I asked him about it he just made a funny face and said he hasn't touched it much since. So I said give it back to me. I don't have anybody at all to train with, I'm seriously considering buying my tiny girlfriend that I live with a guide and a sport and have us on different routines and see what happens.

@AbsuM-  I have an old, used #1 (actually my first gripper ever purchased in 2006) where the handles are practically smooth now.  Because of that, it feel harder than most new #1.5s even though the rating would not likely be higher.  That could what's going on with you because you referred to your #1 as "old used up".

Yeah that probably sounds about right. I really need to grease that number 1 up tmrw. I'm really excited to find out what the GHP grippers are rated at. I hope I did it right at checkout and ordered them both rated.

Awesome thank you. Can wait to see how it feels compared to my 128 2.5. I don't know what my current number 2 is and it's grinder down a bit. I've never felt a GHP before

I'm having a bad day today. Felt weak from the start but still had to try out those GHPs today and didn't crush them like I thought I would when they came. Maybe still sore from TNS and sledgehammer on the 23rd. Very pleased with the service wish I was more prepared

Quite a collection of grippers you got there Jörg. I'm envious :D

I'm desperately looking for grippers in the 160's range. Very difficult to find.

Thanks! Yes this range is very difficult to find! I had a 167 Elite but sold it. Filed COC 3‘s are an option but not perfect.

Yes filed grippers are good to train with sometimes but I don't like to do it. I have to make setting blocks in many different sizes first so I know I close from the right distance.
