It's supposed to be a super forearm developer. From the ads, I was under the impression that it was made out of some kind of pliable hard rubber. The whole thing is nothing more than a thin sheet of elastic - like a big, thinly stretched, round, rubber band with holes punched in it! How much could it have cost to manufacture the g$# d$#@*# thing - $0.79?! An infant could pull that Sh!t together! I am P.O.'d!
