This is my grip specific stuff. --2.5" Dumbbell handle (homemade) --1" V-bar that I haven't really used lately, but feel like using today. (homemade) --Ironmind #2 gripper --3" pinch block and 2" two-hand pinch block --Rubber bands that I use for extensors. I pinch plates a lot. I do a lot of hangs from my pullup bar.
