Input On Armwrestling Training

Ok Guys i got a request. I need some training input on what the serious armwrestlers on the board do to gain strength and speed for a pulling match. As always your replys are appreciated. Thanks

The basics for me are: hammer curls, biceps curls, wrist curls and front levers

For more ideas you may read the articles written by smitty (diesel crew homepage).

But the most important thing is table training with partners!
