Killswitch213
A big hand definitely helps... depending what level you're at in your armwrestling career. I was lucky my dad had huge hands and mine are just as big but not as thick (lack of manual labour) Granted there are a lot of world level pullers with smaller hands. If you train a small hand properly and it's strong, you will fare well against those with large hands. Being that hand position is such an important aspect of pulling, a larger hand enables you to maneuver better, but despite that, a small hand if strong, wont be opened regardless... it's like Brzenk back in the day when he pulled cleave dean... cleaves hands were twice the size... didn't matter. As in any part of life, make the best of what you have and you will prevail.
