  5. People gave you good advice as to what grippers to get next. I'd get a trainer, one and two.

  7. Summer of rows festival- Feel free to post any and all rowing vids. I promise I wont give tips:) Iam a big fan of them! I kicked it off couple weeks back and King crusher did great with his vid. Having said all that- Eric Roussin is the best 1 arm rower I have seen in my lifetime with Oly handle, IM axle and He even can strict row Inch replica!!! Anyone who thinks rows doesn't help bigtime PM me and I will send you some back pics from when I was 47 until today 52!

  8. I really hate rows, all the variations, even though I'm pretty good at them. I'll do them today, just for this occasion

  9. Saturday July 13, 2019 Banded trap bar 12" 370+100×3×8 EMOM tire flip 500×20 Stacked sandbag carry with pick off a box 250×80', 300×80', 350×30' Picking them up like this is way harder than picking from the ground and having someone else load the second as the top one compresses the first and it's hard to get a good squeeze on it

  12. Best leave that one alone. Go read up on old threads to get an idea of what people think about Joe. The Joe Kinney thing has been beat to death. Read the Ronnie Coleman closing a number 3 thread. Lots of Kinney talk there

  13. It's okay Jaydo. Just try and get your hands on a few harder grippers when you can. There are some fun ways you can make the one gripper you have now more of a challenge though. You can play around with inverted closes where you turn the gripper upside down, it works the hand in a totally different way. You can also practice three finger closes where you dont use your pinky at all. And then try at just using two fingers down the road. Just be careful with the two finger attempts as you dont want to strain your tendons too much. Also try doing no set and credit card sets. You can also do ultra high reps for time. I used to do the #1 for 1,000 reps and see what the shortest period of time I could do 1k reps. Then try to beat that time a week or two later etc. Lots of different ways to make it a challenge.

  16. Good work. You should give the .5 a shot. Even if you happen to close it easy thats no problem because it will definetly offer a bit of a challenge for your "unseasoned" hands. Its a good solid gripper to get started with. If your goal is to run through the grippers and climb the coc ladder get the 1 and the 2. If you crack the 1 out of the bag you will have that the sport and the 2 to work with to get to eventually close the 2. If your asking what i think you can close as a max it would depend if the 30 reps was your absolute max and what kind of reps you did. If you completed 30 click reps as a max then id say you can close the 1 but come just short of the 1.5. If you did 30 slow reps opening up pretty wide and you just stopped out of bordom then maybe youd be closer to the 2. Goodluck. Share what happens

  17. Larrat over Chaffee. It will be close but Larr at will handle Chafees power (Chafee is strong but not Cyplinkov strong) Person over Mask. Normally I would have this the other way but not sure if Masks personal problems will still be distracting him. Blue over Guerra. I think Ryan can handle whatever Guerra throws at him strategy wise. Sheldon over Fisher for the same reasons as Mr. Rinderle. Don't know enough about the women to take a guess at the outcome.

  18. Here is one from almost exactly 3yrs ago. I was about 230ish here. 130x12 all reps briefly paused at the top. During this time I could do over 25 reps with the 130's when done with no pause and a quicker tempo. According to my notes in the vid I did these after deadlifts and high rows. Already pre exhausted.

  19. Meadows/Pendlay rows mix- Volume needed as it might help someone just starting grip or even a seasoned vet. Thanks

  20. Thanks for the mention! But I’m sure there are many better rowers out there — especially using an Olympic size handle.
