I finally got the folding table out of the office gym...
rolled out some Blobs yesterday... I still need to buy a long board so I can both protect my bench from the cats claws, and to build a proper “loading platform”, but this worked out for a little bit of “Little Blobs” yesterday afternoon...
Way cool coincidence. My wife used to have maybe a couple dozen tarantulas, and still has several. She once had a phobia until she saw me pick up a wild Texas Brown I had rescued from the highway.
Aaron, I like grip, Mexican food, deserts, you, and spiders, so I’m now seriously considering being your token old guy competitor.

Not so thrilled at the prospect that I will get pushed out of 3rd place again. Will have to train harder. Coming off a 3 week bout of chest infection that kept me out of the garage and weak.
If my new girlfriend didn't have a bad case of tennis elbow, she would likely have competed.

I still need to try and built the device I have envisioned for it. If it works out would be testing either radial or ulnar deviation. reps with each one increasing in tension.
I'll share more once I am sure this will work.

It's all coming together.... Saxon bar is built and I have 2 training sessions on it. My wife is on board because she is an arachno-culturalist and there is a big-name tarantula breeder in Tuscon. Plus she wants to try to catch an Arizona Blonde tarantula in the wild. And she loves Mexican food (who doesn't).

Week 5. Moved some axle work to super-set with the squats. Did it in the past and it worked well.

Had to combine workouts today as I had a Christmas get together with my mom and brothers yesterday.
A1 slim lever 12×1/1+2/2+3/3×3
A2 blob trainer 38×1/1+2/2+3/3×3
Pause squat 290×4×6
Pause deadlift 370×4×3
B1 DB press 55×1/1+2/2+3/3+4/4+5/5×5
B2 pullup BW×8×5
While in Colorado I did 10 pushups with my wife on my back and 10 pullups from a ledge with all my snow gear on. Then when I got home last night I pressed my new 85 globe dumbbell for 3 reps righty. It’s actual weight is 83.

This was my best ever projected max set (365 pounds).
2" V-bar: Only went up to 250. It aggravates my shoulder if I go super heavy.
Then more training for the blockbuster: Got 90 pretty easy. Couldn't quite get 92.4 totally to lockout. Here's the 90 plus the best of my 5 not quite good enough attempts at 92.4.
