One other question - is 10AM the weigh-in time or comp start time (i.e. should we show up earlier)?

Weigh-In time will be starting at 8:30am.

Debating Feb.  Lots on the plate.  Will update this weekend.

2" diameter, no knurling.  Set-up will be similar to the LA FitExpo fishing pole that Odd Haugen uses.  Done for time/speed, increasing in weight as you go.

Oh bummer! I already got vacation for the other date. I'll see if I can even get the new date off.

I'll be studying for the bar exam at that point but this will be a nice break and something to look forward to. Really like the idea of contesting grippers with both hands and the wrist roller. See you June.

Shoot, shoot, shoot. The last day of school is May 31. I am not sure how that would work taking the last day off of the school year besides totally awesome to start break early with a trip out to Ohio. Gonna haveta do some investigating to finagle this one. And I've laid the gauntlet down for a fellow strongwoman competitor to come compete with me. Did I say shoot, shoot, shoot yet? He better REALLY love her.

I have to say, I had some relief knowing it's a wrist roller and not a frame hold for the final event.  

 

Really glad I've kept my gripper hand strength balanced.

All Weight-classes will be contested.  We will also then have everyone in an open class to determine the absolute champion like we did last year.

 

The medley will be run how Chris did Gripmas2012 with 2 points available on every object (1 point per hand), some objects will be 2-handed and only worth 1 point.
