I searched the board to see if I could dig up a profile or anything. The only thing I found is that he at least used to live in Tennessee. References to him are usually in connection with.... wait for it .... Joe Kinney.
They seem to have met, and Kinney was possibly Brian's judge for his #3 cert.

Mr . Harvey was a very grip and strength oriented young man. If he visited Bean Station he might be one of the few lucky enough to see Mr . Kinney in his prime and in addition having a trained eye for strength as related to grip, squatting ,and the number #4.
