MikeMeador Posted April 26, 2014 Share Posted April 26, 2014 A few weeks out most people are taking it pretty easy, maybe some light weights just to keep the blood flow in the muscles but most people don't do anything at all for the last week. Regarding the people who cut weight, most will just cut carbs out for a week or two (horrible idea) and the day before some dehydrate and do a sauna (even worse idea)..
