gerryg
Read that somebody had a GHP5 rated at 118, what are the highs and lows out there for the GHP5? Anybody own one over 118?
Chez
Mine came in at 118.9 so basically 119. GHPs seem very consistent.

gerryg
Mine 107... Pretty low Who rated your GHP5? Chez I'm guessing Chris Rice did yours?
jtaliani
Not overly helpful, but my GHP 5 feels markedly harder than my rated 121 CoC 2.5. Unfortunately the GHP 5 isn't rated. I'm guessing it's the GHP sweep that makes it so much more challenging.
Chez
Mine 107... Pretty low Who rated your GHP5? Chez I'm guessing Chris Rice did yours? yep. Chris has rated all my grippers except for one of my #3.5s
bubba29
Not overly helpful, but my GHP 5 feels markedly harder than my rated 121 CoC 2.5. Unfortunately the GHP 5 isn't rated. I'm guessing it's the GHP sweep that makes it so much more challenging. none of my grippers are rated. my ghp 6 feels MUCH harder that my 2.5 although i imagine it would rate not much higher. i wonder when they rate grippers, they keep adding weight till they get through the sweep and the handles close. once the handles are touching, could they remove weight to see if removal of a few pounds could keep the handles closed. this may show that it takes more pressure to get through the sweep than it does to actually finish the close. does anyone have experience comparing choked GHPs vs. choked IMs? gerryg
Just read Tommy Jennings rated a GHP5 @ 106, kind of low? Matt Cannon what are you seeing for numbers?
Cannon
The last few I've rated were 113 give or take.
kasparov
Is a ghp5 really more difficult than a 2.5?
Cannon
I would say not usually. Had another GHP5 go exactly 113. 2.5 is going to be 120-something usually. GHP 6 will be 130-something.
kasparov
What do most #2's rate at?
Cannon
I would say 105 to 110 average. What do most #2's rate at?
Juha Harju
GHP5 / 49.5kg / 109.26lbs / rating = 1.
Cannon
I'm still consistently getting 113 give or take a pound for the GHP5s.
